SHIPPING
Please review our Shipping Policy below for information about order processing, tracking, and shipping.
Please allow 24 hours from the day your order is placed for it to be processed and an additional 24 hours for it to ship. Allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive after you receive the tracking number. Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Address information cannot be changed once your order is processed. If an order is shipped with an incorrect address all tracking and recovery is your responsibility. Visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm for further assistance.
- Is expedited shipping available?
At his time the option for expedited shipping is not available.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Do you grant refunds?
At this time we are not processing refunds.
- Do you offer exchanges?
Doll’Cett Cosmetics offers exchanges on a very limited bases. Please see our Exchange Policy below.
We are only accepting exchanges on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of the original ship date. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange. To have your order reviewed for exchange please email DOLLCETT@GMAIL.COM with “EXCHANGE + YOUR ORDER #” in the subject line.
- What if my package is lost or damaged by the carrier?
If the carrier loses your package or it is delivered damaged please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim. Be sure to have your invoice and tracking number available.
ERRORS WITH ORDERS
- I have products missing from my order or you made a mistake. What do I do?
If your order arrives with missing products or we made some other error email us right away with a detailed explanation of the issue. One of our customer service reps will contact you within 2 business days to make sure that we get it resolved. Please email DOLLCETT@GMAIL.COM with “ERROR + YOUR ORDER #” in the subject line.
GIFT CARDS
We currently do not accept gift cards.

Amber, Doll’Cett’s founder, is in love with animals. None of our products would ever be tested on her little furry besties.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order please do so before it has been processed. Once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. Please email DOLLCETT@GMAIL.COM with “CANCEL ORDER + YOUR ORDER #” in the subject line.
